Want to know about Burnham-on-sea. Well on the 23rd August Grace House took a little trip down there and this weeks blogs with just cover a few things we enjoyed. The holiday was at a Haven holiday park in Burham on Sea. We were there from Monday 23rd to Friday the 27th August, we stayed in a lovely deluxe caravan. The children really enjoyed their time there, and took part in many activities such as go karting, swimming, pedal bikes, fun at the arcade. The highlight of the week was, fun day at the beach and fun at Brean Theme Park.

Whilst at Haven, there was a multitude of activites to get involved with such as swimming, golf, go karts, archery etc, and the kids loved it especially the go karting and swimming. Every hour the young people would be up and ready to enjoy themselves on the go karts and then most afternoons where enjoyed with some time near the pool. Whilst at Haven the weather was amazing, so we had a few beach trips whilst there. The young people loved it as they got to play on the beach and swim in a sea.

While at Burnham-on-Sea we took a trip down to Brean where we got to go to the Lesuire Park and there was lots to do such bumper cars, roller coasters, electric go carz, water rides, golf etc. Whilst there, the kids had the most fantastic time enjoying the rides, fun fair and taking part in various activities. It is definitely a family holiday location as there is lots for both children and adults to do. Also on the Haven site there is an arcade where the children spent a lot of time trying to win tickets to get prizes.

Overall the trip down to Burnham-on-Sea was a really great week as it helped the staff and young people to build a better bond. It allowed the young peole to gain a stronger relationship. I would recommened this trip as a weekend away.
