Hazelmont Quarterly Staff Consultation

Yesterday we held our quarterly staff consultation. It was really positive to hear everyone’s feedback and aspirations for the future.

Hazelmont Social Care is only good as it’s employees. We strive to provide that first class service to all our children in our care, we can only do this with individuals that are motivated and dedicated to nurture and love our children.

It was really inspiring to hear our team talk openly and honestly about the last 15 months (lets be honest , its been difficult for everyone!!)

It was a chance for Hazelmont staff teams to learn about new initiatives we are launching that has a focus on their WELLBEING.

Our teams shared withus their Best Shining Moments, Most Challenging Moment and what they wanted Hazelmont to know to develop.

We also wanted to update everyone with the brand refresh, launch of new website, career progression, future plans,and celebrating each and every UNIQUE individual.

Bonus, we had PIZZA for lunch!!!!
