Painting Bonfire Fun!

This week the children have been celebrating bonfire night by getting creative and making firework displays using finger painting. Our young person created fireworks that she had seen the night before whilst watching them in the garden.

They have also picked up on excellent examples of tips to stay safe around bonfire night, such as, only an adult is to light a firework and when thy do everyone stands back at a safe distance. They also knew that you should never throw or point a firework at another person, and to never try to re-light or pick-up fireworks that have not been ignited fully!
